Caring for your horse through the winter months is very important for the horses health. Horses can tolerate the cold weather and stay as healthy as possible as long as they are fit before winter approaches. During the winter horses will have special needs which you as the owner will have to address like the use of an equestrian rug.

You have been dreaming of export a stallion of your own for ever, and now that you lastly have some money, you can cleanly go out and buy one, right? Not right. A well-skilled, sound charger isn\’t as unfussy to get control of as a cute little puppy or a kitten, especially not a good stallion. Before you buy a pony, you will penury to find a place to keep it. In addition, you should be awake of how much money you will necessary to exhaust to keep your mare.

I have two 20+yr old horses, and I have been thinking about purchasing some blankets for them during the Minnesota’s cold winters.
I am not that fimalar with the blankets for horses.
Thanks
wow thanks for all of the information on blankets.
My horses do fine with keeping weight on them, and I get good reports from the vet every spring. I think I will not put blankets on my horses until they start to show me that they are cold, right now they already have there winter coats on.
Thanks
