The most common measurement is from the center of the chest along the fullest part of the side and to the center of the tail. Some manufactures may be a little different, and some time’s the measurements don’t work at all I have found on my own horses. Check with the manufacture recomendations, If your horse fall’s in between sizes go to the next bigger size rather than the next smaller, more comfortable for the horse.
